1. Client-Side Data Processing (Zero Remote Storage)
Your Privacy First: All transaction notes, financial figures, and scanned OCR photos entered into this workspace are processed 100% locally within your browser memory. We do not transmit, collect, or store your raw transaction records on our cloud servers.
2. Licensing & Cloud Token Data
When you purchase or use document tokens, our secure server (powered by Cloudflare Workers) validates your generated Device Hardware ID and remaining token quota. This is used strictly for fraud prevention and license accounting.
3. Payment & Merchant of Record
Token payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, billing, and applicable US Sales Tax compliance. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
4. US Data Privacy Compliance
We adhere to standard US data privacy principles (including CCPA guidelines). Because your financial input stays local, you maintain full legal ownership and control over your business records.

1. Acceptance & Usage Terms
By using Data Entry Doc Assistant, you agree to these Terms. Each PDF or CSV export operation consumes 1 Token credit from your active token balance.
2. Token Balance Policy
Tokens are non-refundable once activated or consumed, except where required by US law.
Token keys are non-transferable and tied to your registered hardware profile.
3. Financial & Accounting Disclaimer
Notice: Software output (PDF/CSV) serves as an automated data formatting utility. It does not constitute formal tax advice or certified public accounting audit opinions. Users must verify all parsed values prior to official IRS tax filings.
4. Limitation of Liability
Data Entry Doc Assistant is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from input errors or browser compatibility issues.
